Return Window
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
How to Return
- Go to your account, find the order, and click "Request Return".
- Select the item(s) and reason for return.
- We will review and approve your request within 48 hours.
- Once approved, a return pickup will be arranged. A return shipping fee of ₹50 may apply.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for size changes only, subject to stock availability. Place a return and place a new order for the desired size.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
